'i'm just a little black rain cloud hovering under the honey tree... Naminé. Naminé is very soft-spoken and often gives the impression of shyness. Although it is true that she would much prefer to sit in a corner and be ignored than be dragged into conflicts, she is always ready to take the hand of friendship if it should be offered in her direction. With threatening people she retreats into her shell and will only speak if spoken to, and with as few words as possible, however. Despite the fact she is a Nobody, she seems to have adopted Kairi's trait of caring deeply for people, and regret if she hurts them. Although she may seem harmless on the inside, Naminé has the potential to be a useful weapon. The reason was why the Organization used her in the first place; she can re-arrange memories. Aside from this power, Naminé can be a slithery little snake when she wants to be. She may not seem the type, but after seeing Sora brave Castle Oblivion to rescue the girl he believed to be his friend, she became more willing to take risks. For example, she goes behind DiZ's back to simply aid Roxas in Twilight Town. It just goes to show that you truly can't judge by appearances; underneath the guise of fragility, she is willing to jump into the battleground between a foe and friend if it means protecting her dear ones. But for the most part, Naminé is more for having a happy life with friends. She would prefer to keep out of fighting, both physical and verbal, but will do her best to solve feuds between friends. As can be seen by her stunt in Castle Oblivion, all she really wants is to have people who love her and to keep them nearby forever. ...only a little black rain cloud, pay no attention to little me.' |
